Have you ever wondered how can you modify the UI of Jira? What if you want to insert a custom button or a link to do something. In this video let us start using Script Fragments using ScriptRunner for Jira. We will insert a custom button in our Jira issue that will take the user to Google to perform a search.

I have been using ScriptRunner for Jira for many years but I never bothered to learn it properly. I don't even know groovy well, but I guess for doing Jira Administration you just need to know about programming and don't need to be a full fledged developer.
