Surge.sh is a static site hosting platform that will give you a nice free way to deploy your static site with HTML/JS/CSS, I tried it 3 years ago. Today I did a revisit and it still looks good.

I recently signed up for oracle cloud account because they are offering free virtual machines. I tried creating 4 of them and they look good to me. I am not really sure if I will do anything production ready on these servers but may be for something side projects or learning linux :)
